Shredded Chipotle Chicken Burgers











  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 chipotle chilies, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. adobo sauce
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • mayo
  • hamburger buns
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Pepperjack cheese

In a crock pot add olive oil, chicken, onion, chilies, and sauce. Cook on high for 2.5 hours. Shred chicken with two forks.

Toast hamburger buns.

Spread mayo on the bottom half of the bun. Layer lettuce, tomato, shredded chicken, and cheese.
