Roasted Garlic Chipotle Butter

Put this on anything you would use normal butter for, I used it on sourdough, delicious.


  • 4 heads garlic
  • 2 tsp adobo sauce (from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce) or more to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • olive oil
  • salt

Start by roasting the garlic. Preheat oven to 425°. Cut the tops off your garlic heads and drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. Wrap in foil loosely and place in oven for about 45 minutes.

In a food processor, place all ingredients and puree until smooth. Use and store the remainder in the fridge.
