Blistered Tomato and Horseradish Steak Sauce
I labeled it steak sauce, but really you can use it for anything. I was dipping bread in it by the end of the night.
- 1 pkg. cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 2-3 heaping Tbsp. of prepared horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
- olive oil
In a saucepan over medium high heat add a little olive oil. Once heated, add tomatoes and cook until they start to burst. You can help with a spatula too.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until fairly smooth.
Serve with whatever you like!
