Balsamic Brussel Sprout Salad with Bacon









  • 1 lb, brussel sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small white onion, roughly chopped
  • 4 slices thick cut bacon, cooked and chopped, reserving 1 Tbsp. grease
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in bacon grease over medium high heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add garlic and sprouts, cook until slightly browned.

Add bacon, vinegar, and salt and pepper. Stir so the vinegar is distributed and serve.
